The Government Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader to lead the oversight, coordination, and delivery of strategic digital health initiatives, particularly those aimed at improving access to personal health information (PHI) and digital healthcare services across the province.

Must-Haves:
Deep understanding of Ontario's healthcare system, structures, delivery models, and stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Ontario's digital health programs, platforms, and vendors
Proven success in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Responsibilities:
In this role, you will manage end-to-end project delivery in alignment with the provincial digital health strategy, supporting initiatives such as Health811, EHR modernization, and patient portal enhancements. You will coordinate across multiple stakeholders including Ontario Health, facilitate risk mitigation, and ensure detailed tracking of budgets, schedules, and deliverables. You'll also prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for ministry leadership and steering committees. This role demands strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and expertise in project planning, policy integration, and digital health service transformation to drive measurable impact in Ontario's evolving healthcare landscape.
