We are expanding our operations and looking for an experienced

Glazing Project Manager

to take ownership of our glazing projects, driving them from initial planning through successful completion while prioritizing safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to maintain profitability and meet deadlines Coordinate with clients, architects, general contractors, fabricators, suppliers, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution Oversee the full lifecycle of glazing projects, from contract award to final closeout, handling values typically between $50K and $10M Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to guide accurate fabrication and installation of systems including curtain walls, window walls, storefronts, entrances, railings, and structural glass Handle procurement of materials, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain issues promptly Process change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and other project documentation efficiently Monitor on-site progress, conduct regular site visits and meetings, and address field challenges to keep projects on track Implement and enforce health and safety standards, quality control measures, and compliance with building codes Mentor junior staff and coordinate workloads across the project team Use tools like Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Smart Sheet and project management software to track progress and generate reports Build strong client relationships through clear communication and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications and Skills

At least 10 years of direct experience managing commercial glazing projects, including curtain walls, window walls, structural glazing, entrances, and railings Proven track record delivering projects on budget and on schedule, ideally in the $50K-$10M range Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineered designs Solid knowledge of construction contracts, change management, and cost forecasting Experience with hands-on glazing installation or field supervision is a strong asset Post-secondary education in construction management, architectural technology, or a related field is preferred PMP or similar certification is an advantage Excellent organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a dynamic environment Outstanding communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., Excel, Bluebeam, CAD tools, project management platforms)

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
