Supporting complex trading programs with clarity, structure, and strong financial governance.




The Role



As a Project Manager at Capco, you'll support the successful delivery of large-scale trading initiatives for capital markets clients. You'll work closely with client stakeholders and delivery teams to manage schedules, costs, risks, and governance, ensuring programs remain transparent, well-controlled, and aligned to business priorities.


What You'll Do




Support project and program management activities including risk management, timelines, budgets, and onboarding documentation Maintain and update the Integrated Program Plan to ensure strong governance, transparency, and actionable management information Track project schedules, costs, and dependencies to support timely, cost-effective delivery Collect, maintain, and manage project documentation in line with governance standards Escalate risks, issues, decisions, and priorities requiring management attention

What We're Looking For




Experience supporting project or program management within trading or capital markets environments Strong understanding of governance, financial tracking, and delivery controls Confidence working with stakeholders to manage costs, schedules, and delivery dependencies Structured, detail-oriented approach with clear communication skills Familiarity with project and program management tools, methodologies, and industry best practices

Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery roles Exposure to trading platforms, front-office initiatives, or regulatory programs Knowledge of integrated planning and dependency management Experience supporting multi-stream or enterprise-scale delivery
