Overview


We are seeking an experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead complex projects across various domains, including IT, product development, and organizational initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. This role offers an opportunity to drive strategic initiatives, implement best practices in project management methodologies, and ensure successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Duties



Lead and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban, and Requirements management frameworks. Coordinate cross-functional teams using tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence, Trello, Primavera P6, Workday, Basecamp, and Project Server. Manage stakeholder expectations through effective communication and presentation skills; facilitate requirements gathering and project implementation processes. Conduct risk management activities to identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies. Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with quality management standards and continuous improvement practices. Drive change management initiatives to support organizational transformation efforts. Monitor project progress through data analysis and data collection techniques; report on key metrics regularly. Lead team management efforts by supervising project staff and fostering a collaborative environment focused on high performance.

Experience



Extensive experience in

IT project management

, including managing ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Proven expertise in

project management methodologies

including PMBOK, Agile (Scrum), SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban. Strong background in

vendor management

budgeting

project planning

program management

. Demonstrated leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple stakeholders across complex projects. Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Visio, Primavera P6, ServiceNow, Workday, Trello, Basecamp. Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to manage time effectively under tight deadlines. Strong negotiation skills coupled with experience in requirements gathering and product development processes. Data analysis skills for tracking project performance metrics; experience with SAS or similar analytics tools is a plus. Familiarity with

product management

concepts and

software development lifecycle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $76,228.09-$162,358.31 per year
