Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced

Senior Project Manager

to lead multiple large-scale projects and programs within our Process Excellence and Technology Services division. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, mentoring junior PMs, and driving strategic initiatives from inception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and complexity. Mentor, train, and oversee less senior project managers. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and support analysts. Facilitate executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external clients. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define project requirements. Oversee implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training. Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope constraints. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with customer experience software platforms. Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale deployments. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset.
