Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Assessing several programs and projects through multiple stages of their life cycle.
Managing and maintaining senior level client relationships.
Managing the monitor and reporting of program-level resource demands and availability.
Reviewing existing conditions and deployment of an industry best practice program governance regime.
Reviewing and improving the existing commissioning, hand over and entry into service in line with the statutory, corporate, and delivery contract requirements.
About You
You adept at monitoring and reporting Program-level resource demands/availability and assure efficient and effective use of resources across the program. You understand various contract, commercial and governance procedures. You pay excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of accurate data and reporting both internal and external. You have rail delivery experience (track, signalling or overhead electrification) specific construction technology, planning, delivery, site logistics and safe systems of working. You maintain awareness of innovative tools available on the market for the continual improvement the program management function.
You demonstrate senior leadership and core competencies at a high level of development and is an exemplary model of living the corporate Values and Code of Ethics. You are able to engage, motivate, coach others, and act as a role model and inspire and empower others.
You have the ability to anticipate and forecast the key risks and opportunities available to the Program to ensure the core vision is achieved. You listen to others and consider all views presented. You put team success above own interests.
You have required to have a degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the program, project, or commercial management disciplines related to rail projects delivery (track, signalling or overhead electrification). You have registered on and are working towards professional qualifications (e.g. APM, PMI).
You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships, and lead support to strong, motivated teams. You will have a construction or project management background and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace have to offer.
