The Role:

• This position will provide an important lead consulting role to our customer's ongoing efforts to expedite the effectiveness of their business performance management solutions with OneStream. Teamwork and communication are an important function of this role.
• We need people with significant experience working in finance organizations or equivalent, with a solid understanding of the nature of work performed by financial analysts, controllers, finance directors, and CFOs.
• Implementation work includes management of project timeline, scope monitoring, budget & forecast, communications at all levels of the organization and provide leadership to the whole project team,
• Manage and align team resources through the duration of client engagement. Build project plan, monitor project progress and budget.
• Proactively build relationships with external client.
• Communicate status of project to external client in a timely and clear manner through completion.
• Participate at different levels as required with designing, building, and testing client applications.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in such fields as (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS
• 10+ years of demonstrated Program Management or Project Management in Corporate Performance Mgmt. space or equivalent.
• 3+ years of EPM Implementation Experience (Hyperion / OneStream) or equivalent.
• 3+ years participating in large complex technology implementations / project work.
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management methodology.
• Ability to manage multiple large projects concurrently.
• Increasing ability to take on more senior roles in implementations including leadership roles with little supervision.
• Knowledge of financial accounting processes.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research)
