Our Dynamic Agriculture client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to streamline and optimize Service Desk operations by implementing Global Service Model (Service Now) (2052)
Must Haves:
- 8+ years as a Project Manager with experience implementing and optimizing Global Service Models
- Strong experience with ServiceNow solutions
- Experience working with consulting partners and outsourced service providers
- Experience working with-in a PMO (Project Management Office)
- Competent and proficient understanding of a variety of technology platforms, including ERP\'s such as SAP and PeopleSoft as well as current Internet technologies.
