About the Role



As a Senior Project Manager reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives across eHealth's organizations. You'll lead the planning and execution of multiple high-impact projects--from inception to completion--spanning people, processes, and technology. This position demands a seasoned leader who can navigate complex environments, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver results on medium to high-risk projects with precision and confidence.



What You'll Do



Oversee the full lifecycle of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Lead procurement activities, manage vendor and partner relationships, and set clear expectations for end users. Provide regular updates to project sponsors and maintain accurate financial reporting. Direct and prioritize team assignments, offer performance feedback, and implement corrective actions when needed. Manage and mentor business analysts, fostering their growth through coaching and career development. Cultivate a collaborative and innovative project environment that reflects eHealth's core values.


What You'll Bring to the Team



A minimum of 5 years in project management leadership, with a proven track record of delivering complex IT projects within budget and timeline constraints. At least 3 years of experience in procurement and vendor management. PMP certification and a post-secondary degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Health Sciences. Strong planning, analytical, and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and inspire cross-divisional teams. Deep knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, and Prosci Change Management. A proactive mindset, capable of thriving in dynamic environments and adapting to shifting priorities. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and consulting abilities, with a customer-focused approach in a shared service setting. A collaborative spirit and the ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders--even in challenging or competing environments.
