Visionpool Business Services is hiring a Senior Project Manager.

A HYBRID SITUATION WILL BE CONSIDERED ALTHOUGH THE MAJORITY OF TIME WIL BE ONSITE IN REGINA, SK

Responsibilities:

Has overall program or project performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables which includes applying techniques for planning, monitoring, and reporting, change control, and risk and issue management. Accountable for the management of external vendors and collaborates with vendors on delivery planning, schedule management, status reporting, risk and issues resolution, and coordinates governance approval process. Works closely with the core project team members, which includes a representative from the business unit, IT, and OCM, to collaborate and ensure alignment in project goals and successful delivery of the project. Orchestrates/coordinates activities across the program or project and problems solves with leads to address issues and risks and ensures adherence to key processes and expectations. Identify and mitigate project risk to avoid delays and cost overruns. Assigns clear roles and responsibilities and provides effective oversight of deliverables and tasks. Ensures projects deliver specified outcomes and meet quality expectations. Creates and manages the overall budget. Regularly updates stakeholders with reports on the progress and performance of projects. Report and escalate to management as needed. Follow all standard, practices, and processes related to projects and ensures compliance. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of proven IT program or project management experience in the role of a Project Manager managing multiple concurrent projects Project Management Certification (PMP) Minimum 7 years of proven vendor management experience. Minimum 7 years of proven experience managing cross functional project teams Experience managing predictive, agile, and hybrid projects. Proficiency with project management software. Excellent written skills and employs a disciplined approach to managing project records. Demonstrated interpersonal, management, and communication skills at all levels of the organization. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills. Proven project and resource planning capabilities Proven ability to analyze complex problems and find innovative solutions. * Experience managing the implementation of SaaS cloud solutions would be an asset
