Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple or large-scale projects and programs with high visibility and complexity.
Mentor, train, and oversee less senior project managers.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical architects, developers, database administrators, DevOps engineers, and support analysts.
Facilitate executive-level communication with internal stakeholders and external clients.
Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and define project requirements.
Oversee implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, and training.
Ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope constraints.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and operational processes.

Required Qualifications
Minimum
5+ years
of experience in project management for large, complex systems.
Proven track record of managing enterprise-level IT projects involving software, infrastructure, and process improvement.
Strong understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) platforms.
Experience coordinating diverse technical roles such as:
+ Solution Architects
+ Database Developers (Spark, Cassandra, Oracle)
+ DevOps Engineers (ADO, Open Source)
+ Release/Deployment Managers
+ Environment Change Managers
+ Production Support Analysts Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models).

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with customer experience software platforms.
Familiarity with enterprise environments and large-scale deployments.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an asset.
