A career as a Senior Project Manager in the regulatory projects team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator to deliver our major technology projects and bring value. Your job

• Ensure the management and implementation of complex and high-visibility technology projects prioritized by the IT sector for the delivery of regulatory projects, by creating a motivating environment
• Continuously optimize the use of project resources to achieve the sector\xe2\x80\x99s objectives
• Diagnose problem situations, take action and help resolve complex problems by implementing solutions
• Identify and manage the risks and issues inherent to the project in a consistent, proactive manner
• Produce various reports to track the progress of the project and provide progress reports while adapting your communications to your audience, in particular for executives
• Ensure that the various IT and business teams are aligned on the various interdependencies related to your project
• Be an agent for change, promoting our values and ensuring constant communication with all internal and external stakeholders

Your team The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes. Within the Regulatory Project Portfolio Delivery Department, you are part of the 20-strong PRP transformation team reporting to Amirouche Sellam. Our team stands out for its strong sensitivity to reduce operational risks, and its ability to orchestrate a broad pan-bank transformation. • Baccalaureate and 10 years of relevant experience or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree and 8 years of relevant experience
• Experience of at least 10 years as a project manager in large projects and large companies (>$10M)
• Experience in regulatory projects
• Executive level stakeholder management
• Experience leading workshops and coaching
• Ease in Agile SaFe delivery mode (Feature team)
• Knowledge of Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence)
