We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management methodologies, particularly in Scrum and SAFe, and will demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management skills. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage budgets, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. Manage project budgets, tracking expenditures and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among stakeholders. Utilize Scrum methodologies to guide teams through agile processes, ensuring adherence to best practices. Conduct regular project status meetings, providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues. Analyze data to inform decision-making processes and optimize project outcomes. Oversee product development efforts, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Utilize ServiceNow for efficient project tracking and reporting.

Experience

Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant industry with a strong portfolio of successful projects. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to project execution. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe is highly desirable. Excellent time management skills with a focus on prioritization and efficiency. Experience in product management and development processes is an asset. Strong data analysis skills to evaluate project performance metrics effectively.
