Leads the strategic planning and execution of key initiatives within the Medical Technologies Business Unit, ensuring timely and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs. Serves as the central driver of program outcomes, coordinating efforts across R&I, Regulatory, Clinical, Commercial, and Operations teams to align with Telix's innovation and growth objectives. Utilizes advanced project management methodologies and PMO systems to manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Fosters accountability and operational excellence across multiple concurrent programs, enabling scalable and sustainable delivery of Telix's medical technology portfolio.


Key Accountabilities




Program & Lifecycle Management + Lead the full lifecycle management of Medical Technologies programs, including strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, schedule adherence, and milestone tracking.
+ Quantify and manage scope, cost, and schedule changes through formal change control processes.
+ Collaborate with department leadership to ensure timely and accurate reporting of project status and performance metrics.
Project Planning & Execution + Develop and maintain integrated project schedules and baselines, leveraging standardized dashboards and reporting tools to communicate progress and performance.
+ Facilitate regular project team meetings, driving accountability, issue resolution, and decision-making.
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration + Collaborate across a matrixed organization, contributing to cross-functional project teams spanning R&I, Regulatory, Clinical, QA, and Commercial functions.
+ Establish and manage key reporting interfaces to ensure traceability of project data across Telix systems and functions.
+ Partner with senior leadership to define project strategies, set priorities, and lead the execution of complex, multi-disciplinary initiatives.
PMO Systems & Process Excellence + Maintain and optimize project data within internal Project Management Systems, ensuring real-time accuracy in timelines, risk assessments, and team deliverables.
+ Utilize PMO tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence and ensure consistent project execution across the portfolio.
Quality & Compliance + Partner with Quality Assurance to embed quality deliverables into each design phase and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and Telix SOPs.
+ Act as the process owner for project management within the Medical Technologies BU, ensuring alignment of Med Tech SOPs with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements.
Leadership & Team Development + Independently manage complex programs with minimal oversight, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Mentor and guide junior PMO staff, providing coaching, delegation, and quality oversight.

Education and Experience




Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare related field or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of extensive project management experience handling multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of development. 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, managing product development milestones from preclinical to clinical development (Phase 1-3). Significant experience in project and financial management, including budget oversight and resource allocation required. Experience with Regulatory filings strongly preferred. Experience working as part of a cross-functional team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
