Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager with Healthcare experience,to lead our operations team. This role is pivotal in driving efficiency and effectiveness across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, exceptional project planning skills, and a deep understanding of data analysis. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing projects, and ensuring that our strategic goals are met.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the operations team to ensure optimal performance and productivity. Develop and implement project plans that align with organizational objectives. Conduct data collection and analysis to identify areas for improvement in operational processes. Gather requirements from stakeholders to inform program management decisions. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate collaboration and alignment on projects. Utilize SAFe methodologies to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success and implement corrective actions as necessary. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative solutions within the team.

Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or a related field. Strong project planning skills with a track record of successful project execution. Excellent data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and drive decision-making. Experience in supervising teams and managing personnel effectively. Proficiency in requirements gathering to support program management efforts. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation. Familiarity with SAFe frameworks is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage stakeholders at all levels. Experience with ServiceNow or similar platforms is a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
