Job Description

We are seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple business and technology initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable project plans. The ideal candidate excels at driving collaboration, managing competing priorities, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Manage full project lifecycle using AHA and Azure DevOps (ADO). Facilitate daily stand-ups, release and refinement meetings, and retrospectives. Lead intake, estimation, prioritization, and scheduling of work items. Track progress, manage risks, resolve blockers, and drive timely delivery. Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly project status and governance reports. Oversee capacity planning, workload balancing, and continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Manage escalations and ensure clear, proactive communication with leadership

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ years of project management experience in a cross-functional or technical environment. Proficiency with AHA, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, or other project management tools. Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Experience in capacity planning, resource management, and project budgeting. Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Demonstrated experience preparing executive-level status and governance reports. PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
