About the Opportunity

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a

Senior Project Manager

to oversee day-to-day renovation and construction activities across multiple sites. This independent contractor role is perfect for a proactive professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys problem-solving on the go, and can ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish.

You'll act as the bridge between our office operations, trades, and clients--keeping projects organized, on schedule, and up to the ESW quality standard.

Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily project needs, including scheduling trades, deliveries, and materials. Visit job sites regularly to monitor progress, confirm quality, and ensure timelines are met. Oversee subcontractors and vendors, addressing issues and delays quickly and professionally. Perform site measurements (e.g., kitchens, doors, shelving) and confirm accuracy against drawings. Conduct walkthroughs and inspections, documenting any deficiencies and ensuring follow-up completion. Keep project tracking tools (such as Connecteam) up to date with accurate notes, photos, and status reports. Capture detailed on-site photos, including before-and-after shots and unit identification. Resolve field challenges and support minor hands-on fixes or adjustments when required. Maintain clear communication with both the internal office team and site contacts to ensure consistent updates.

What You Bring

Proven experience in construction, renovation, or project coordination roles. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple active projects. Working knowledge of construction drawings, especially kitchen or millwork layouts. Hands-on approach with the ability to assist in small on-site tasks when needed. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and comfort using project tracking apps. Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic tools. Independent contractor status -- able to invoice for services provided.

Pay: $30.00-$50.00 per hour
