experienced and motivated Senior Project Manager

to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Job Summary

The ideal candidate has proven experience managing multiple projects, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. You'll be responsible for overseeing planning, execution, and delivery while aligning with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from inception to completion Define scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocations Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure collaboration and communication Track progress using tools such as Trello, Project Server, or Salesforce Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to PMBOK standards and best practices

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in project management within construction, renovation, or a related field Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management Proficiency with project management tools (Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, etc.) Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
