Key Responsibilities

Lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring clear objectives and deliverables. Define project scope, goals, and timelines while utilizing proven project management methodologies. Develop detailed plans including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication. Monitor project progress, adjust strategies as needed, and mitigate risks proactively. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide timely status updates. Utilize project management software such as

Trello, Project Server, Salesforce

, or similar tools. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in project management. Foster a positive, motivated team environment through effective leadership.

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience managing projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies. Familiarity with program management principles is a plus. Proficient in budgeting, resource management, and risk assessment. Experienced with project tracking and reporting tools (Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, etc.). Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent communication skills, able to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
