About the Opportunity

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for a

Senior Project Manager

to oversee and coordinate complex construction projects from initiation through completion. This position is ideal for a professional with deep construction management experience who thrives on leadership, precision, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing project delivery, guiding site teams, and ensuring our work meets ESW's standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all aspects of multiple construction projects -- from pre-construction planning through final delivery. Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure milestones and budgets are met. Interpret and apply architectural drawings, structural details, and specifications to drive on-site execution. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and financial reports. Identify and resolve potential challenges proactively to avoid project delays. Oversee site operations, enforce safety compliance, and maintain quality assurance. Prepare and present progress updates and cost tracking reports to company leadership and clients.

Qualifications & Experience

7+ years of experience managing large-scale construction projects (commercial, residential, or mixed-use). Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams and managing subcontractor performance. Strong command of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control. Proficiency with project management software such as Procore, Buildertrend, or MS Project. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety regulations. Experience with design coordination or Civil 3D software is an asset.
