About the Role

ESW Building Services Inc. is looking for an experienced

Project Manager

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll take the lead on planning, executing, and delivering projects from start to finish while ensuring they align with company goals. We're looking for a motivated professional with strong leadership skills and a solid grasp of project management methodologies who can drive multiple projects to successful outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead projects from inception through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables using best-practice project management methods. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget tracking. Coordinate cross-functional teams to promote collaboration and effective communication. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to stay on track. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates. Use tools like

Trello, Project Server, Salesforce

, or similar to track progress and report results. Ensure projects follow

PMBOK standards

and established project management best practices. Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to mitigate potential issues. Lead and motivate teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

project management

with a strong understanding of methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with program management principles is an asset. Experience in budgeting, resource allocation, and overall project execution. Comfortable using project management tools such as Trello, Project Server, Salesforce, or similar. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
