Job Summary

ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking an experienced and highly organized

Senior Project Manager

to lead and oversee construction projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in project planning, coordination, and execution within the construction industry. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and technical skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish. Oversee project teams, subcontractors, and site operations while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide project progress. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. Identify potential risks or delays and implement proactive solutions. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with company standards. Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum

5-7 years of experience

in construction project management, preferably in commercial or multi-residential projects. Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple trades effectively. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes. Proficiency with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project). Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and leadership abilities with attention to detail. Familiarity with Civil 3D or similar design tools is an asset.
