About the Role

We are actively seeking an experienced and driven

Senior Project Manager

to lead the successful delivery of commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction projects. This individual will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing complex projects from pre-construction through to closeout, ensuring quality, cost control, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with atrack record managing high-value, multi-disciplinary construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the full project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, execution, and closeout of commercial, industrial, and multi-residential construction projects. Manage contract administration, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Oversee and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. Serve as the primary point of contact with clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Manage CCDC-5A contracts, including cost-plus and construction management delivery models, ensuring contract compliance and effective change management. Provide leadership and mentoring to junior project staff and project coordinators. Prepare and present regular project reports and updates to senior management and clients. Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

Registered as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) with APEGNB

. Minimum

8-10 years

of progressive project management experience in the construction industry. Demonstrated success managing

commercial, industrial, and multi-residential projects

valued at $10M+.

Extensive experience with CCDC-5A contracts

and knowledge of other CCDC formats. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Pay: $130,000.00-$180,000.00 per year
