What You'll Be Doing
Oversee commercial and institutional construction projects from preconstruction through turnover
Manage client relationships and act as the key point of contact across the project lifecycle
Guide design development, constructability reviews, and CM conversion strategies
Build and manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, and change orders with precision
Mentor and develop junior staff--create a learning culture on your projects
Lead construction execution in partnership with field teams, consultants, and trade partners
Drive accountability across quality, safety, and performance metrics
Represent the company at all major meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership


What We're Looking For
10+ years of experience in commercial and institutional project management
Experience with Construction Management conversion from early client engagement to contract execution
Background working for mid-to-large general contractors (not in-house developers or owner/builders)
Strong resume of projects $10M-$100M+, preferably with complex scopes or phasing
Long-tenured employment history--someone who builds, grows, and stays
Proven ability to mentor, support, and lead multi-disciplinary teams
A mindset that values profitable, challenging projects--not just easy wins
Exceptional communication skills--clear, accountable, and relationship-driven
