The Senior Project Manager - Construction will oversee and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and a deep understanding of the buildings and construction industry.

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and mentor project team members to achieve project goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in construction management.

• Proven experience working for an ICI General Contractor overseeing $10M to $80M ground up new build and renovation projects in the light industrial construction industry.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
