Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage

40+ active commercial construction projects

. Directly supervise

project managers, designers, engineers, and city officials

. Ensure all projects are completed within

four months

. Ensure

deadlines are met

at all levels for all stakeholders. Enforce compliance with

building codes, permits, bylaws, and safety regulations

. Work closely with municipalities to navigate permitting and approval processes. Provide

clear and direct leadership

to a team of

40+ professionals

. Utilize

strong computer and communication skills

to manage reporting, scheduling, and coordination.

Qualifications

Extensive experience

in commercial construction project management. Have experience overseeing the construction of

chain locations

Proven success in hitting deadlines and

holding teams, partners, and stakeholders accountable

. Strong knowledge of

codes, bylaws, permits, and construction best practices

.

Excellent communication and leadership skills

to manage large teams and multiple projects. Ability to

enforce deadlines

and ensure financial accountability.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000- $150,000. In determining final salary, Freshslice considers many factors including the successful Candidate's skillset and experience as well as position location and internal equity. The final base salary offer will be at the Company's sole discretion and presented as part of a competitive total compensation package.
