Key Responsibilities
Lead
planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
of aerospace engineering projects (design, development, testing, or certification).
Define
project scope, objectives, milestones, and resource requirements
aligned with customer and organizational goals.
Develop and maintain
project schedules
,
budgets
, and
risk management plans
.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including
Engineering (Structures, Systems, Avionics, Flight Controls), Quality, Supply Chain, and Production
.
Drive
project reviews
, track
KPIs
, and ensure timely reporting to management and customers.
Manage
customer communication
, ensuring clarity on deliverables, changes, and progress.
Identify and mitigate
technical and programmatic risks
throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure adherence to
AS9100, DOA, and regulatory compliance
for aerospace projects.
Support
proposal development, bidding, and project estimation
activities.
Manage
change control processes
and maintain project documentation in accordance with PMO standards.
Mentor project engineers and coordinators to build a high-performing project team culture.

Pay: $69,570.04-$134,914.77 per year
