Description





We are seeking a senior Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of an Active Directory integration project. Part of our Infrastructure Integration program, this project is critical in shaping the future of identity and access services across our global enterprise landscape, ensuring security, scalability, and seamless integration with cloud services and business systems.

Key responsibilities:

Work with project team to prepare detailed planning inputs for budget approval, including scope, requirements, resource estimates, schedule, and cost. Manage cross-project dependencies, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication. Diligently and proactively manage all aspects of project delivery including schedule, scope, budget, procurement, quality, resources, and status reporting. Manage supplier relationships during planning and execution. Participate in the evaluation of supplier contracts to execute project. Ensure contract terms and conditions are followed. Manage and track supplier contracts to ensure all activities are performed and deliverables are achieved according to contract terms. Manage and document risks, issues, decisions, and change requests. Communicate clear project objectives and strategies. Positively influence others. Lead by example. Regularly communicate and clarify team member roles, responsibilities, and deliverables. Initiate organization change management techniques to help stakeholders accept and implement change. Ensure project meets IT security requirements and audit controls. Prepare project status updates. Facilitate project team and steering committee discussions. Document and publish decisions.

Requis obligatoire

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 15 years of experience working in Information Technology At least 10 years of experience managing IT projects, including end-to-end experience for medium-to-large projects and programs Proven track record in leading Active Directory / hybrid identity implementation and migration projects Good understanding of IT infrastructure and Identity Management Solutions Experience monitoring and managing vendor performance. Demonstrated experience with MSWord, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Project or Smartsheet PMP certification or equivalent experience and training. Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus

Key skills:

Skilled in negotiating and problem-solving with both internal and external stakeholders. Outstanding attention to detail combined with the ability to see the big picture. Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, IAM concepts, and hybrid identity architectures. Knowledge of federation, SSO, and security protocols. Comfortable exercising judgment and using analytical skills in ambiguous situations. Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills including the ability to actively listen, problem solve and communicate effectively with both technical and business users. Ability to drive projects, influence, and lead change throughout the organization Creative approach to resolving issues Results-oriented planning and delivery Ability to facilitate meetings and obtain consensus Ability to structure and organize information in a way that leads to clear decisions Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both official languages
