Who Are We Looking For?
The role of the newly established Senior Project Delivery Manager is to oversee all installation project delivery across North America. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Director of Services and provides guidance and oversight to Senior Project Managers specifically focused on installation projects, serving as the specialist link between strategic direction and installation project execution.
The Senior Project Delivery Manager
must be able to travel regularly
as necessary for responsibilities, including overseeing installation projects and team operations for quality assurance and problem resolution. This is a senior-level opportunity where successful incumbents will be responsible for leading the installation project management team, ensuring project delivery excellence, and managing forecasts and personnel specifically for Neptune's installation projects from coast to coast.
Job Duties:
Lead and manage the Senior Project Management team focused on installation projects
Oversee end-to-end delivery of all North American installation projects with specific attention to complex installation project portfolios across multiple regions
Establish and ensure consistent application of installation-specific performance standards and project delivery methodologies, coordinating expectations with Senior project teams
Recruit and develop project management talent with installation expertise, providing mentorship and technical guidance to project managers on challenging installations
Ensure installation projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality specifications using comprehensive forecasts
Monitor installation project performance metrics and implement corrective actions
Coordinate resource allocation and scheduling for installation crews and materials
Monitor installation project profitability and cost performance
Track installation project financial performance and margin analysis
Plan seasonal capacity and workforce requirements for installation activities
Serve as top contact for major installation clients and complex projects
Support Director of Services on installation-specific strategic initiatives
Build relationships with key installation clients and technical partners
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
8+ years of experience in installation project management or technical project delivery
3+ years of leadership experience managing installation or construction project teams
Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex installation projects
Strong technical knowledge of installation processes, equipment, and methodologies
Experience with installation project forecasting, scheduling, and resource planning
PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
Excellent leadership and technical problem-solving skills
5 day work week, occasional extended hours may be required
