Job Summary

As such, we are looking for a talented team member to help contribute to our digital transformation of the future focusing on helping Canadians make decisions about the right bank to support their everyday needs.
As a Project Manager / Scrum Master within RBC Digital's Consumer Banking journey, you will play a key role in leading large transformational initiatives that will evolve how RBC acquires new clients through our various distribution channels. The successful candidate will be responsible to partner with a persistent team to deliver on defined outcomes, manage project financial planning and reporting, help manage issues & risks, raise impediments, identify interdependencies with a focus to drive and deliver success
This is an in-office role, with the ability to work remotely up to 1 day per week.
What will you do?
Demonstrated exceptional project leadership skills to manage end to end delivery by establishing & maintaining effective team routines and ensuring there is clear, concise & timely communication on progress towards defined outcomes
Ensure all tracking & reporting methodologies (e.g. Planview, Confluence, JIRA) are current to provide transparency & visibility on progress
Partner with the cross-functional agile squad comprised of Product, Design & Development to execute the roadmap and support Go to Market strategies
Responsible to build trusting relationships & open communication with both internal and external partners
Excel in project financial management through cost estimation (e.g. approved, forecast, actuals)
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
5+ years of exceptional project delivery experience demonstrating various methodologies and frameworks
Advance knowledge of Agile principles, mindset and frameworks
Ability to connect the dots and thrive in a fast paced, fluid & dynamic work environment
Exceptional communication and partner management skills
Strong technology acumen specifically in Development & Quality Engineering practices
Nice-to-have
Experience with acquisition delivery, building digital & eCommerce capabilities
