Graham is actively recruiting for a Senior Project Coordinator supporting the infrastructure division. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Senior Project Coordinator plays a key role in supporting infrastructure division.

Your Role in Building What Matters - From Office to Site

Monitor project costs and schedules

, including labor, equipment, materials, and subtrade expenses, and review accruals with the Project Manager regularly.

Maintain and manage project documentation

, including drawings, revisions, site instructions, change orders, and QA/QC records for testing and inspections.

Ensure compliance with technical standards

, codes, and specifications throughout all phases of the project.

Assist with financial processes

, such as payroll coding, cost allocation, progress invoicing, and status reporting.

Support estimating and project planning activities

, including estimate reviews, costing, and schedule updates.

The Right Tools for the Job

Formal education in Construction Management or a related field

.

4-5 years of construction experience

, preferably on civil projects.

Experience working with a General Contractor

, with strong knowledge of construction management for civil projects.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and MS Project

, with experience in InEight considered an asset.

Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and technical specifications

to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Compensation

Salary Range $80,000 to $100,000 per annum. Salary will commensurate with education and experience. Excellent Flexible Health & Dental benefits plan. 3 to 5 weeks of vacation per year, with credit for prior industry experience.
