Senior Project Coordinator

What You'll Do

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, compliant, and on schedule. You'll:

Manage project documentation in

Procore

: RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Permits, SIs, etc. Keep all logs, reports, and trackers up to date and accurate Assist with construction schedules and procurement planning Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, consultants, and clients Lead or support project meetings and follow-ups Support project startup and closeout documentation (warranties, O&M manuals, etc.) Mentor junior coordinators and help refine internal processes

What You Bring

4-6 years of experience in a project coordination role in

commercial construction

Post-secondary education in Construction Management, CET, Engineering Technology, or related field Strong knowledge of

Procore

, MS Excel, and project scheduling software Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills A team-first attitude with a passion for structure, accountability, and problem-solving

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
