What You'll Do
As a
Senior Project Coordinator
, you'll take the lead on:
Project Documentation & Controls
Manage Procore workflows: RFIs, Submittals, Change Orders, Permits, Drawings
Ensure all logs and reports are up to date and audit-ready
Coordinate drawing/version control with consultants and internal teams
Project Support & Workflow Optimization
Assist with schedule tracking and procurement planning
Anticipate roadblocks, support field execution, and keep everyone aligned
Support in project startup, coordination, and closeout packages
Team & Client Communication
Lead or support owner/consultant meetings
Act as a key point of contact for trades, clients, and internal stakeholders
Ensure professionalism in all reporting and document sharing
Mentorship & Continuous Improvement
Mentor junior project coordinators
Help improve SOPs, systems, and workflows--your voice matters here
Drive operational excellence through creativity and ownership
What You Bring
4-6 years of experience in project coordination in
commercial construction
Diploma or degree in
Construction Management
, CET, or equivalent
You've owned RFIs, COs, drawing logs, and document control before
Advanced user of
Procore
, MS Office, and scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project)
Clear communicator who thrives in a
team-first environment
Obsessed with detail, timelines, and doing things right the first time
