The Role

We are seeking a motivated

Senior Project Coordinator

to support the planning and execution of our construction projects. Working closely with senior project managers and site teams, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the construction process. This role provides the opportunity to grow into a senior leadership position while helping deliver meaningful, community-focused developments.

This position is ideal for someone early in their construction career who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to take on increasing responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating day-to-day project activities. Support budget preparation, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. Monitor material deliveries, procurement, and equipment needs. Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, RFIs, permits, and project records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
