Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Senior Project Advisor on a permanent basis within our Facilities Design and Development team.

This position is a hybrid opportunity and can be based in either Regina or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

This exciting opportunity is responsible for developing and implementing process improvements and change management initiatives that support the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS) growth strategy. We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to identify gaps with the current operating state and collaborates with stakeholders to assess potential solutions.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement or development.
• Lead, facilitate and collaborate with staff to improve efficiencies and effectiveness of the project management framework.
• Create and update master document standards, processes, procedures and other tools.
• Monitor and measure new processes and project performance.
• Act as the change agent for the department by promoting and enabling change initiatives.
• Annual travel up to 10% may be required.

You will lead working groups of stakeholders to address specific improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement various tools, templates or technology.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

• Have 6-9 years of relevant progressively responsible experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
• Have previous experience in business or technical writing; specifically with policies, procedures and processes.
• Have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or diploma in commerce, business, engineering or a related discipline.
• Have previous experience facilitating group work or process mapping is considered an asset.
• Working knowledge of SharePoint.
