Are you passionate about transforming sales performance through data and compensation excellence? Join our Sales Data Enablement team as a Senior Program Manager and play a key role in revolutionizing our multichannel compensation programs. In this position, you'll be part of a talented group of subject matter experts, overseeing compensation programs that directly impact business results and affect millions of dollars in sales incentives annually.





You'll drive the end-to-end enablement process by coordinating across critical cross-functional teams, including incentive strategy, data engineering, vendor partners, marketing, and operations. Your coordination will ensure accurate, timely, and scalable compensation delivery, keeping us ahead of the competition.




What You'll Do






Lead strategic programs across compensation channel owners and vendors to deliver functional enhancements and alignment opportunities Transform end-to-end sales data pipelines, ensuring flawless data builds that power critical dashboards and downstream executive reporting Spearhead the development and delivery of high-visibility compensation analytics and insights Revolutionize investigative protocols for compensation disputes, payout discrepancies, and data anomalies Maintain mission-critical, centralized logs of requirements and issues to provide transparency and drive faster resolution Partner with marketing, project, and GTM teams to seamlessly support the launch of new products and commercial offerings

What You Bring (Required Skills & Experience)






A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, compensation management, or data analytics, preferably within the telecommunications or technology industry Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills, with a proven ability to lead communication efforts across cross-functional teams Hands-on experience with owning and managing complex requirements related to sales and value data, including data sources, reporting, and integration into compensation tools Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority requests in fast-paced environments Project or program management experience with measurable outcomes in sales, compensation, and/or data enhancement initiatives Working knowledge of front-end order management systems and an understanding of how products flow through multichannel ecosystems Experience driving cross-channel alignment and managing vendor partnerships to ensure accurate data and functional enhancements Knowledge of SQL or similar database query languages

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master) Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) database design and query language Experience with dashboard and reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar) Experience with compensation management platforms (Commissions, Xactly, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar)

Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000
Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
