This role will support program management activities inhighly cross functional, transformational initiatives in the operations and governance of Technology as a business such technology platforms, services and practices. This role will support the capability areas of Infrastrucuture, Data Platforms, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture and Tech Services. It will also support the Technology Evolution program.

Some key deliverables may including long term tech roadmaps, building and measuring OKRs, developing investment & prioritization framework for platforms and services and managing creation and implementation of the operating and governance model for technology delivery and operations. This role is highly strategic and will be both project based and operational in nature.

A day in the life:

  • Manage complex and transformational programs activities including program approach, planning, delivery or execution, dependency management, and timeline management to ensure strategic initiatives are completed on time and meet stated objectives
  • Oversee objectives and tasks of the team are understood, documented, assigned, tracked and are measurable for tactical delivery of key tracks and maintain scorecards
  • Effectively anticipates potential risks and development strategies to prevent realization of risks, unblocks the team when they do arise while providing transparency to the applicable stakeholders
  • Lead rhythm of the business (all communications) including creation of change and communication strategy, stakeholder analysis, status reporting, facilitation of workshops and ltimately ensure time is well spent and objectives achieved
  • Develops relationships with, and collaborates with partners involved in the program(s) including Technology leadership, technology stakeholders, Tech Strategy and Operations team, and business partners such as FP&A, People and Culture, Enterprise Business Transformation
  • Develops and implements updated frameworks, processes, tools and resources supporting Tech Operating Model for foundational technology such as Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Enterpise Architecture, Engineering, Data
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 10 years working in Technology or a related field
  • 10+ years experience in delivery management and/or product management, 5+ years in Program or Portfolio Management
  • High understanding of technology domain, stack and skills and deep understanding of operating model of Architecture, Engineering, Operations & Cybersecurity
  • Strong financial and portfolio management knowledge with experience identifying, collecting, analyzing, deriving insights from metrics which stakeholders can leverage for decision-making
  • Experience with strategic transformational programs desired, Tech Operating Model (TOM) experience nice to have, Change Management Certification nice to have
  • Advanced experience in product management, platform management and Tech shared services
  • Advanced experience with agile & waterfall methodologies, Project Management Professional (PMP) nice to have
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to tanslate ideas into clear communications to executives, managers, employees, and business partners
  • Advanced experience in process optimization to invent and simplify processes, and simultaneously support multiple projects impacting a growing global organization
  • Strong risk management experience with proven ability to identify and eliminate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate risks and make tradeoffs, and balance business to unblock the team with minimum guidance
  • Passion for problem solving and deep expertise in critical thinking and thrives in fast-paced environments, with ability to manage through ambiguity
