TFS is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Collector Car Sales to lead the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives within our specialized financing programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in sales program management within the niche collector car market while contributing to the growth and success of TFS' specialized business segment.


What's the job:




The Senior Program Manager, Collector Car Sales is responsible for contributing to the overall success of TFS by delivering sales performance results within the Collector Car financing programs. The goal is to make the financing of Collector Car purchases for our partners seamless and profitable. This includes developing and sustaining a high level of overall sales penetration efficiency and effectiveness within each Collector Car financing program. The Senior Program Manager, Collector Car Sales is responsible for mentoring and training Team Leads, Account Managers and Account Executives.


The main objectives of this role include driving lead generation, creating and executing sales plans to achieve targets as well as building infrastructure for net new channels. The Senior Program Manager, Collector Car Sales will work closely with the operations team to streamline existing programs and to onboard new channel partners to ensure program success and growth.


The role supports TFS' current and new initiatives through providing ongoing awareness to internal and external customers, all while adhering to company policy, process and procedures. These objectives are set in alignment with the company's overall strategy of developing and leading a customer-focused culture while achieving business line objectives and financial results. This role will also contribute to the provision of straightforward and knowledgeable service with our customers, partners and team members through daily interactions to foster a relationship of mutual trust and confidence.


What you'll be doing:




Effectively manage a team servicing an outbound and inbound lead generation strategy




Develop a keen understanding of the customer needs of our various marketplaces and work closely with their teams to optimize lead flow to generate credit applications Have a solid understanding of the lenders in TFS' programs and optimize efficient submission of credit applications to the correct lender while maximizing approval and revenue rates Work closely with Program Managers (internal) and external partners to develop and maintain key performance indicators and metrics from which to improve the overall performance of the Collector Car finance strategy Work closely with the internal stakeholders and the lender partners to improve the service levels in terms of turnaround times and overall approval rates Implement training and coaching protocols to improve overall conversion of financing approvals

Lead the development of a best in class onboarding, training and retention program




Ensure internal and external parties are knowledgeable of the products, services and procedures offered by TFS before we put them in front of customers Lead the onboarding, training and development of new Account Managers Develop and implement a "path to success" protocol to inspire team members to elevate performance and drive success at TFS

Provide accurate and timely reporting to TFS management




Work closely with the TFS management team to define a list of KPI's to ensure the success of TFS' Collector Car programs Provide end of month KPI results report on each channel Keep internal team abreast of new lenders, program changes, new services, etc.

Create and drive a performance based culture




Proactively motivate and manage a team of Team Leads, Program Managers, Account Managers and Account Executives to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets Ensure individual team members are meeting and/or exceeding established sales KPI's Assist in creating compensation and recognition programs to drive superior performance

What you bring:




A strong sense of integrity, professionalism and a results-oriented attitude to continually improve processes and systems, enhance efficiency, and contribute to overall organizational success Results driven and action oriented 5+ years of finance industry experience (Program Manager/Senior Sales/Relationship Manager/Operational Credit Risk management) with a record of success in auto financing Strong understanding of credit markets, transactional workflow, senior level F&I or brokerage model is critical 5+ years of senior sales management experience Proven track record in sourcing, analysis, risk assessment, negotiation, due diligence and successfully closing transactions Knowledge of SalesForce is an asset Advanced skills with Microsoft Office products University degree in a related field (Economics, Commerce, or Finance) CPA, CFA or MBA is an asset
