Reporting to the Ministry of Health's Chief Digital Health Officer, the
Digital Health Program Branch
is at the forefront of this transformation. We design strategies and investment plans that unlock these opportunities and work with Ontario Health and other key delivery partners to implement Ontario's digital health strategy.

In this role, you will:
Develop business strategies and investment approaches for digital health initiatives--and oversee their implementation.
Advise executives and healthcare stakeholders on governance, risk management, and maximizing public benefit.
Work on macro-level healthcare and digital health policy and planning.
Gain a unique perspective on driving transformation in complex environments.
What you bring to the team

Strategy and Business Management
Ability to think system-wide and develop strategies that balance healthcare delivery, governance, funding, and stakeholder needs.
Strong analytical skills to assess proposals and manage financial and programmatic risks.
Experience in program design, accountability frameworks, and evaluation.
Healthcare System and Digital Health Knowledge
Solid understanding of Ontario's healthcare system and digital health landscape, including socio-economic factors and delivery models.
Stakeholder Engagement
Excellent relationship-building skills with political acuity and the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder interests.
Strong communication, consultation, and negotiation skills.
Leadership and Project Management Skills
Proven ability to lead projects and teams in fast-paced, complex environments.
Skilled at managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
