Summary

Reporting to the Manager, the Senior Program Associate is responsible for the technical execution of the goals and deliverables of the Operations and Feasibility Programs. Communicates and collaborates with multiple internal functional teams, as well as some straightforward external communication with collaborators and suppliers.



Duties and Responsibilities

Executing technical tasks (e.g. movement of inventory and feasibility requests ) with and without clearly defined SOPs

Pull metrics and compile reports, with straightforward data analysis

Present summary of data analysis to core team

Work with stakeholders from other internal functional teams to achieve goals and deliverables through facilitation and effective communication

Diagnose and problem-solve issues related to own technical discipline, may require some logical analysis

Knowledge and Qualifications

Typically requires a bachelor\'s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience or master\'s with less than 4 years of experience or PHD with little to no work experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite with the ability to learn new programs when required

Good business acumen

Customer service-oriented

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High level of attention to detail

Takes initiative specific to job-related activities

Works under general supervision and guidance

Flexible with a tolerance for ambiguity
