Under the direction of the Plant Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operations, responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing our production teams. With your creative vision and leadership, you will be essential in achieving our financial goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate daily operations. Ensure product quality and process integrity. Develop performance indicators and promote best manufacturing practices. Participate in the development of new products and continuous improvement.Desired Profile:
Degree in Business Management or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in French and English. Strong leadership abilities and results-oriented.Why Join Us:
