The Opportunity:





Reporting to the Product Manager, the Senior Product Support Specialist will own the way products are delivered to customers. You will own and improve end-to-end processes, manage multi-party dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders to deliver solutions efficiently and to ensure requirements are delivered in an organized and structured way for large-scale multi-product projects.



The ability to go deep on technological requirements and intersect that with business needs, build business cases for new technology, co-lead product initiatives with product owners, and deliver comprehensive documentation for requirements and launches are required for success. Sentrex aims to build and deploy applications that drive efficiency and coordinate our capabilities and services to help patients and physicians get access to care for specialty medications. As a Senior Product Specialist you will be integral in delivering the technologies that connect our ecosystem and differentiate Sentrex from the competition. The Senior Product Specialist will be accountable to develop business cases, document product initiative requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, and be the product expert across the organization.



We are looking for a highly accountable and organized individual with strong technical ability and the ability to work in a high growth-matrix organization. The ideal candidate will excel at managing multiple competing priorities while supporting Product Management and Software Development teams in the development of Sentrex's leading healthcare solutions.


A Day in the Life (What you will do here):




Act as a product and process expert within the company who is the point of contact for complex interdependent product-related questions with the knowledge and capability to train users and troubleshooting issues. Act as an advocate that articulates the business, client, technology, and external users to the greater product team as part of any product lifecycle activities. Support triage and document feature enhancement requests as needed. Support business case development for new capabilities from ideation, definition, solutioning, and delivery Liaise with internal partners to identify, define, and document product requirements, objectives, and scope. Work with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiencies through product enhancements and improve training and documentation. Create product communications for new product enhancements to ensure the successful adoption and usage of those enhancements for all impacted Provide product demos to introduce new functionality and to foster user Promote and advocate user adoption of Sentrex Other duties as assigned by your manager

What you need to ensure you are set up for success:




Ability to work independently with minimal managerial Critical thinking, judgement, strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated track record of delivery on various design projects. Healthcare Business background with PSP (Patient Support Programs), Data & Analytics and/or Pharmacy background and/or Information Technology experience required. Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience in technical business facing role supporting technology enabled initiatives is an asset. Experience with the product lifecycle development process and product documentation is required. Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management in a fast-paced Proven customer facing and facilitation experience with Ability to prepare product documentation including business cases, business requirements documents, product requirements documents, user stories, for dissemination to impacted parties. Ability to take complex problems, break them down, and translate them into technical requirements to support software delivery. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to motivate and Impeccable written and spoken communication skills include being able to interview stakeholders to gain an understanding of their product needs. Excellent listening and facilitation skills In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office tools particularly Word, Excel, and French language skills considered an asset
