The Opportunity




We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Senior Product Owne

r

to join our Product and Tech team. This role is ideal for a curious, user-obsessed professional who thrives on crafting exceptional digital experiences within a complex, multi-system environment.



You will optimize the experience for clients and providers in healthcare by maximizing the use of technology. Your core focus will be to investigate, identify, and resolve deep user pain points by strategically building, integrating, and optimizing digital tools that impact how our users get their work done.



You'll be the primary champion for usability, leveraging your UX expertise to deliver intuitive solutions across disparate systems including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), call center platforms, and other enterprise tools. If you love the challenge of unifying complex systems into seamless user experiences, this is the role for you.

What You'll Be Doing



Digital Experience and User Advocacy



Champion a deeply user-centric approach across the entire product lifecycle. Design and execute user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand workflows and friction points. Translate insights into clear, actionable design specifications (user flows, wireframes, functional requirements) ensuring a consistent and intuitive digital experience. Monitor product usage and feedback to identify high-impact areas for optimization and feature development.

Product Strategy and Ecosystem Integration



Own the product roadmap for key digital features, prioritizing initiatives that maximize business value while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Manage, groom, and prioritize the product backlog, translating strategic goals into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. Strategically plan and manage solutions integrating our SaaS platform with multiple vendor platforms (EMRs, call center systems, Google Workspace, and more). Identify and define innovative integration strategies, balancing opportunities to build new digital experiences with optimizing existing platforms.

What You Bring



7+ years of experience in digital product roles (Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar). Demonstrated experience defining, launching, iterating, and optimizing successful digital experiences (SaaS, Web, or Mobile) with measurable outcomes. Strong UX/Design Thinking: ability to translate research and usability testing into actionable product features. Proven problem-solving skills across multiple vendor platforms or APIs to create seamless user flows. Data-informed decision-making: ability to analyze quantitative data and synthesize qualitative insights to make informed product decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, bridging business, user, and technical needs.

Nice to Have



Experience with SaaS platforms serving B2B clients. Familiarity with healthcare or EMRs/EHRs. Experience creating digital experiences for both B2B and B2C users.
