Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop strategic and operational plans, including customer-facing plans (sales, access), key performance indicators, forecasts, and performance optimization processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Lead projects and programs with input from internal cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., Sales, Agencies, PAAB).
Stakeholder Engagement:
Develop and nurture effective working relationships with Global and Regional counterparts to ensure alignment with global strategies and plans.
Team Management:
Possibility to lead a Product Manager within the team.
Market Analysis and Planning:
Conduct market opportunity analyses, develop strategies and visions, prepare budgets, and implement tactical plans as part of the annual brand business review process.
Market Awareness:
Provide ongoing analysis of market forces impacting business opportunities and threats, and develop scenarios and action plans to address challenges.
Customer Focus:
Build direct customer relationships to enhance understanding of the patient journey and create meaningful, patient-focused value offerings.
Training and Development:
Collaborate with training partners and sales leadership to focus on analytics, skillset development, challenging conversations, and objective-setting.
Financial Acumen:
Work cross-functionally to understand and develop robust financial forecasts and ensure effective resource allocation.
Therapeutic Expertise:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of the HIV therapeutic environment to make informed decisions that positively impact the overall business.
Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
