What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Senior Product Manager within our PayByPhone division. This position falls under our Payments line of business and is located in Vancouver, BC. In this role, you will responsible for identifying, launching, and scaling payments products that drive customer value and commercial growth. They lead complex initiatives with a focus on business outcomes, combining customer insights with a mindset to deliver products that provide customer value and increase revenue, market share, and profitability. The SPM will own the full product lifecycle, from customer and market research to business case development, through to launch, growth, and optimization. They are accountable for achieving the business outcomes of their product portfolio, leveraging strong data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional leadership to meet aggressive growth targets. You will report directly to our Group Product Manager and regularly collaborate with various departments.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:Define and own a bold product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned to PayByPhone's revenue and growth objectives. Understand the Payment industry by keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends, technologies and approaches. Identify and size commercial opportunities through market analysis, competitive research, and direct customer engagement. Lead business case development for new products and features, articulating revenue potential, ROI, and market positioning to senior leadership. Launch and grow new products, overseeing go-to-market strategy in close collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, and Customer teams. Own product-level financial performance, including revenue growth, cost control, and profitability metrics. Build and iterate product roadmaps with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, marketers, and operational support. Develop and track KPIs to measure product performance, using data to make informed decisions and quickly adapt strategies where necessary. Drive continuous product discovery and experimentation to uncover new sources of revenue and customer value. Anticipate business and regulatory issues and recommend best practices and approaches for improvement, risk mitigation and optimization of costs Lead pricing strategy development and value proposition refinement to optimize product-market fit and revenue outcomes. Create and maintain comprehensive, stakeholder-friendly product documentation that communicates business and technical requirements. Partner with Engineering and Design to deeply understand customer needs and define solutions Work closely with Commercial, Sales, and Finance teams to deeply understand the business dynamics and influence product and business strategy. Partner with Customer Support and Marketing to ensure customer feedback loops directly inform product enhancements and future developments

Qualifications & Skills5-7 years in product management, with a proven track record of shipping successful B2B SaaS, FinTech, or API-first platform products Demonstrated success launching and scaling payment products, e.g. new payment methods, checkout optimizations, or payment APIs. Direct experience in building 0-to-1 products and scaling them to multiple markets. Familiarity with compliance, data governance, or fintech regulatory environments. Proven track record in vendor management and external partnerships, particularly with payment service providers (PSPs) and acquirers Demonstrated success launching and scaling payment products -- e.g., new payment methods, checkout optimizations, or payment APIs. Strong commercial acumen: ability to develop P&L models, build business cases, and present to executives. Solid technical understanding to partner effectively with engineering and improve technical product health. Excellent communication skills--written, verbal, and presentation--to influence at all levels of the organization Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, such as card networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), wallets, and other digital payment methods (PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). Familiarity with payment gateways, processors, acquirers, issuers, and the end-to-end transaction flow. Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks: PCI-DSS, PSD2, SCA, AML/KYC, and data privacy laws. Strong understanding of B2G2C dynamics -- building for both government clients and end users Worked on mobility-as-a-service (MaaS), transit fare systems, or city digital wallet initiatives Background in international expansion, such as enabling new regions, currencies, or regulatory compliance Background in public sector fintech, civic tech, or smart city platforms

The estimate of the minimum and maximum salary range is CAD $115,000 - $140,000.
