Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior Product Manager

to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise security technology and services. In this role, you will define the target operating model, develop service blueprints, and build engagement frameworks that enable secure, repeatable, and scalable cyber platform offerings. Partnering with cross-functional teams--including architects, engineers, operations, and client stakeholders--you will drive product roadmaps and ensure the seamless delivery of enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap for enterprise security platforms, defining vision, KPIs, and release plans. Develop and maintain service-design blueprints and target operating models for security solutions, including

CyberArk PAM, Defender XDR, DLP, Guardium, Splunk, Sentinel, SOAR, Prisma, and Secure Web Gateway

. Define service operating and support models, runbooks, and continuous improvement processes to ensure long-term service stability. Build client and stakeholder engagement frameworks, including release playbooks for onboarding business units and ministries. Drive cross-functional teams--including security design, engineering, operations, and infrastructure--ensuring services are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Conduct market and technology research to identify gaps, opportunities, and emerging cybersecurity trends. Facilitate design-review boards, steering committees, and governance forums, translating feedback into product and operating model enhancements. Monitor adoption, risk metrics, and product performance; report to executive sponsors and stakeholders.
Required Skills & ExperienceProduct Management & Strategic Operating Model (30%)

Experience defining

product vision, launch plans, and multi-year roadmaps

for enterprise security services. Ability to develop target operating models including roles, processes, governance, and tooling. Proven record in creating

customer engagement strategies

and adoption campaigns. Skilled in market trend analysis, ROI measurement, and adoption metrics tracking.
Core Security Technology Domains (35%)

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

SSO, MFA, PKI, RBAC/ABAC.

Data Protection:

DLP (endpoint, network, discovery), encryption (TDE, tokenization), Guardium/Database monitoring.

Infrastructure Security:

Hardening IaaS/PaaS/SaaS, firewalls, segmentation, SASE solutions.

Security Operations:

SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), SOAR automation, EDR/XDR platforms (Defender, Cortex).
Agile Delivery & Cross-Functional Collaboration (20%)

Proven success leading

Agile product teams

, managing backlogs, and running sprints. Experience coordinating design sprints, threat modeling sessions, and pilot validations. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps principles.
Stakeholder Engagement & Governance (15%)

Ability to establish and chair steering committees, architecture boards, and governance forums. Skilled negotiator, able to align scope, SLAs, and priorities across diverse stakeholders. Strong communicator, able to create executive-level dashboards and risk reports. Experience managing public sector stakeholders and navigating regulatory environments (FIPPA, PHIPA, PCI DSS) is an asset.
General Skills

Leadership experience in

cybersecurity, product management, or technical strategy

roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills. Analytical mindset with

data-driven decision-making

capabilities. Familiarity with

Agile/Scrum

and

ITIL service-management

frameworks. Experience mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Qualifications

Strong

cybersecurity experience

with enterprise tools and services. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products with

strategic operating models

. Proven ability to

define and execute product/service strategies

in a client-facing, cross-functional role.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $70.00 per hour
