We are hiring a Senior Product Manager based out of our St. Thomas, ON office location (flexible hybrid work environment). Join our product management team & let\xe2\x80\x99s build our home together!

The Senior Residential Product Manager (Residential Repair Parts) is a brand portfolio leader responsible for the development and execution of strategic plans to increase market share and profit. This individual is also the key representative for major customer facing initiatives in Canada for both Trade and Retail channels. The role has a high level of strategic and staff development responsibilities.

What You Will Do!

• Product roadmap development and implementation
• Manage and assist product launch strategy and implementation with cross-functional support
• Product subject matter expert
• Staff development
• Member of Retail line review team
• Support value analysis and value engineering initiatives
• Analyze brand portfolio metrics
• Develop business case proposals
• Maintain competitive information
• Identify trends and new product segments
• Member of Residential Product Steering Committee
• Responsible for new product launch forecast
• Responsible for product lifecycle maintenance
• Member of price review project team including primary price analysis responsibility
• Interact with domestic and international manufacturing facilities

What You Will Bring!

• Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with consumer packaged goods in Retail or Wholesale markets
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Staff development and mentorship success stories
• Proven facilitator with mediation experience
• Track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Above average mathematical skills
• Excellent communication skills in group and individual settings
• Occasional travel required
• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
