The mission of the Senior Product Manager
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our internal platform which powers operations, fulfillment, logistics, and support.
You'll work closely with the CTO to translate vision into structure. Your job is to create clarity, improve how our internal teams work, and support engineering to ship faster and smarter. This is a builder role focused on creating product process, scoping features, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring what we build is impactful and complete.
This role is not a gatekeeping layer between engineers and stakeholders it's an amplifier. You'll help engineers gain clarity, reduce reactive noise, and stay focused on the work that truly matters. You'll collaborate deeply, support decision-making, and create systems that serve as a model for how product is done at Cozey.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and maintain the roadmap for the Cozey Operating System (COS)
Set up quarterly planning cycles and sprint rituals (planning, grooming, retros)
Meet with internal stakeholders (Ops, CX, Fulfillment) to gather and prioritize needs
Write clear specs and work closely with engineers to define scope and execution
Track progress, reduce scope creep, and ensure smooth delivery across sprints
Create product systems and documentation that improve internal delivery velocity
Support engineering by reducing ambiguity and enabling stronger product ownership
Validate feature success by capturing post-launch feedback and impact
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have
3+ years of product management experience in fast-paced environments
Experience owning internal tooling or operations-facing products
Familiarity with agile delivery processes (sprints, retros, backlog hygiene)
Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and non-technical teams
Comfort working in ambiguity and building process where there is none
Experience writing specs, scoping work, and aligning stakeholders
A desire to support and work closely with engineers not direct or delegate
Bonus Points For
Background in operations tools, logistics, or fulfillment software
Experience in startups or companies with lean product orgs
Experience improving engineering team delivery through product process
