esponsibilities:




Manage the KVM product portfolio through its full lifecycle, from ideation to end-of-life. Define, maintain, and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing innovation, customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. Drive product trade-off decisions across features, timelines, and investments. Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, emerging use cases, and competitive dynamics. Engage directly with customers, integrators, and strategic partners to gather requirements, validate concepts, and capture actionable product feedback. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Operations, to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption. Support pre-sales and post-launch activities by developing product presentations, training materials, FAQs, and regular product updates. Partner with Product Marketing and Marketing to create compelling product messaging, marketing collateral, and promotional content. Participate in webinars, podcasts, interviews, and industry events to evangelize products. Lead and coach product managers, contributing to the development of the product management team.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science, or related technical discipline. 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in AV over IP, IP KVM systems, or IT infrastructure products. Strong understanding of networking technologies, video streaming protocols, and compression codecs (H.264, HEVC, JPEG XS, etc.), and video processing. Knowledge of signal flow for: audio, video, USB, and control systems in KVM and AV over IP distribution systems. Proven ability to translate market insights and business objectives into clear product strategies and requirements. Excellent communication (bilingual) and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in English to interact with third parties. Experience working with Agile development environments and familiarity with tools such as JIRA. Valid passport and ability to travel internationally to tradeshows, customer sites, and training sessions, as required. Proficiency in IPMX, SMPTE ST 2110 NMOS standards is an asset. * Knowledge of broadcast systems and workflows is an asset.
