Senior Product Manager - Construction Software
Location: Markham, ON (Hybrid-Remote)

The Opportunity
SRA Staffing has partnered with a well-established construction software company within a global software group to hire a Senior Product Manager. This organization builds mission-critical ERP and operational software used by construction firms across North America.
This is a senior, hands-on product role focused on owning the roadmap and delivery of core construction and field-management solutions. You will work closely with engineering, QA, UX, customer success, and senior leadership to modernize and evolve a mature product portfolio while continuing to support an established customer base.
What You'll Do
Own product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for core construction software solutions
Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Partner closely with engineering and QA through the full SDLC, from discovery through release
Engage with customers, internal stakeholders, and support teams to gather feedback and validate priorities
Balance new feature development with technical debt, scalability, and platform modernization
Support go-to-market activities including release planning, internal enablement, and documentation
Present roadmap updates, tradeoffs, and progress to senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B software environments
Strong experience owning and delivering complex, enterprise-grade products
Comfort working with mature / legacy products while driving modernization initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working closely with engineering teams (Agile/Scrum environments)
Exposure to construction software, ERP, accounting, or vertical SaaS is a strong asset
Cloud, platform, or modernization experience (Azure or similar) is a plus
